Business Development Executive – ELV Systems / Min 5Yr Exp

What we look for:

Sales Experience in ELV Systems like CCTV, ACS, Gate Barriers etc
Experience in closing AMCs of the above systems in different business verticals
In-depth knowledge of SIRA – Regulations & Requirements and SIRA portal
Min 5 years of UAE Market experience with a UAE driving license
Working experience in a start-up environment.
Confidence in approaching new clients and building long-term rapport.
A proven track record in sales and business development in the Hospitality sector.
Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
Results-driven, proactive and disciplined
A hard-working self-motivated team player
Excellent communication with sales and the ability to negotiate and understand market requirements.

The Role:

New business generation within a portfolio of clients, not limited to any sector
Also, have a good clientele from Hospitality (1-3 Star) and Retail Buildings in and around the Dubai region
Build own client portfolio and Achievement of Monthly and Annual set targets.
Client and Supplier/Distributor relationship management
Analyzing cost and sales and providing after-sales support
Helping in the design of custom-made solutions for the clients
