Invigorate Human Capital (W.L.L)
The BDM is responsible for developing the commercial activities of the business. This would include business development, identifying and analyzing new opportunities & markets, conducting key customer negotiation and effectively managing current customers and suppliers. This role is focused on Exporting of frozen food to MENA region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES:
Effectively manage all Export activities. Prepare, monitor, and control budgets. Negotiate and review sales contracts, set plans, budgets and forecasts. Identify business opportunities, lead the development of new business plans.

The ability to problem solving is integral to this job role. The job holder is required to address issues related to delays in supplies or noncompliance with the quality standards for received raw materials.
Decision Making:
The position requires the job holder to take decisions in relation to selecting and approving suppliers and when to disqualify any supplier who doesn’t adhere to sighed agreements with SF without affecting raw materials availability.
Planning
Short and long-term planning. Projecting demand and supply trends, understanding customer and supplier trends, seasonality, cyclicality, etc.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in related filed.
Languages : Fluent English.
Computer skills : Proficient knowledge Office tools (Word, Excel, Power point) and relevant software applications, including experience working with using SAP system.
Experiences : Industry related experience in Sea Food Export for at least 5 years of experience as a BD Manager or a sim
