Responsibilities

1- Front desk representative

2- Answering calls

3- Hosting office visitors

4- Making reports ,spreadsheets, preparing quotations for office purchasing

5- Visiting prospect clients

6- Solving authority matters

7- Schedule office subscriptions and billing date

8- Handle betty cash and spend it in responsible manner

9- Set meetings , attend meeting and make proper minutes of meeting

10- supervise office supplies deliveries and set them

11- coordinate with the office building administration to overcome any problems regarding the office status

Qualifications

Saudi Nationality (Must)

Female (Must)

Conversational (Preferably)

Speaking and writing and talking good English (Preferably)

Education

Bachelor degree in administration

OR

Bachelor degree in Human resources

OR

Bachelor degree in business

Experience

No Previous experience required
