ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
PURPOSE OF JOB
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible and accountable for ensuring Client Development and maximize business opportunities focuses on VIP clientsfor Mygolf Dubai.
The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Manage sales pipeline.
Manage and grow existing businesses to generate targeted and sustainable revenue.
Understand and analyze the big picture of customer’s business objectives in order to build the profile & act as a consultant for customer’s business strategy.
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Translates customer strategy into meaningful opportunities of value for Mygolf Dubai.
Present solutions to customers, demonstrating value for business and goal alignment.
Identify & develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations, to ensure maximum leverage for Mygolf Dubai.
Network with industry peer groups & other internal affiliates to roll out best-proven practices, as relevant.
Engage in research for the purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing, and sales.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, golf events, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
Relevant Experience in golf industry.
Previous Experience with Pre-Opening/Start-up Company.
· Demonstrated and proven sales results. Proven track record in achieving sales target.
Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
You should be fluent in English; Chinese & Arabic language is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and time-management skills.
Strong work ethic and customer-centric mindset.
