Function: Business Development
Location: Hybrid role working between Riyadh and Dubai.

30 consultants based in the GCC including a highly skilled resourcing team experienced in both Saudi National hires as well as international search.

About You:
Must have a passion for building and maintaining relationships
Confident identifying key prospective targets
Experienced in managing existing clients, problem solving, stakeholder management and strategically developing them as a dedicated account manager.
Someone who enjoys new Business Development across multiple sectors such as banking, public sector, technology and legal industry.
Someone who has leadership skills able to help build, train and develop a team
Prior experience in the recruitment industry is not a prerequisite for this role.
