Call Center Travel Consultant Jobs in Saudi Arabia

General Tasks:

Research various destinations and means of travel regarding routes, prices, review & visa information etc.
Organize end to end travel itinerary (Air ticket, hotel bookings, visa process & car rental etc).
Apply interpersonal communication techniques & sales techniques.
Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel packages offered by various travel carriers and suppliers.
Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.

Requirements:

Must be a Saudi National.
Prior Experience in an airline or an IATA approved travel agency.
Excellence command on computer skills (MS Office & Web-based applications)
Expert in GDS (Preferably Amadeus) and B2B supplier systems.
Proficiency in English & Arabic.
IATA/UFTAA Certified.
