Arabic Speaker Digital Marketing Executive

Role Purpose:

This position will be responsible to drive digital activities. There will be a heavy focus on customer acquisition and growth hacking. Launch & Optimize SEM campaigns and hold responsibility of channel’s performance and delivering results.

Main responsibilities:

Manage Online Marketing verticals across Acquisition, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, content.
Execute acquisition strategies to drive long term revenue change.
Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
Collaborate with creative and promo teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
Drive business growth through performance advertising (user acquisition, boosting basket size, reorder rate..etc) across multiple channels and make suggestions for conversion improvement projects to maximize revenue and minimize costs
Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel (Direct, Free Search, Paid Search, Social Media, Associates, Other) and device (desktop, tablet, mobile )
Create tracking (tagging) and reporting system for campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and establishing KPIs
Manage marketing budget for a portfolio of brands (plan strategy for lead generation, retention, LTV, ROI/ROAS…etc) to meet established performance uplift expectations
Develop, conduct and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing ideas. Test and optimize landing pages. Create traffic driving (high relevancy) ads (managing both copy writing and visuals),and execute continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct analytics on multiple sets of data to identify opportunities and draft strategic proposals to improve performance (example: customer journey review) and swiftly execute approved suggestions
Further associates eco-system, work with 3rd parties and harness the power of these relationships to facilitate both traffic and conversion growth
Manage e-marketing budget and optimizing it on a daily basis in order to meet online business targets
Manage the relationships with external digital marketing agencies
Adapt and optimize creatives and conversion points
Analyze and report on results using Google Analytics and other internal platforms
Test new channels and trends.
Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
Maintain the Digital Marketing Activity Calendar & Budgets to plan and execute all branding & communication required with external resources – Creative, Media, PR & Digital to meet deadlines at all the times.
Education, Experience & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing.

· 6 to 8 years’ experience in acquisition marketing and performance/growth marketing with direct oversight of SEM, display, retargeting, paid social, and funnel optimization

· Fluent in English and Arabic, written and Spoken. Arabic language is a must

· Driven by numbers and analytics, research-oriented with good report creation skills.

· Certifications in Google AdWords / Google Analytics preferred

· Web / Online Content Design and Development Certification preferable.

· Specific exposure to digital marketing, new media and e-channel management

· Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

· Strong understanding of the digital environment as a distribution, marketing and engagement channel and experience with direct-response campaigns with external agencies.

· Good understanding of and capability to lead conversion rate optimization, brand awareness and attention, content marketing and website merchandising efforts.

· Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive; takes initiative and anticipates needs.

· Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

· Experience managing external vendors (e.g. Google, Facebook) and agencies (e.g. media, social).
