POSITION SUMMARY:
Business Development Managers are responsible for finding and developing new marketing strategies and improving sales, plus increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred
Five (5) to Ten (10) years of Relevant experience preferred
SKILLS
Communication and Customer Service Skills
IT fluency and MS office skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainly.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi ask.
Familiarity with all current industry’s regulations, rules, and standards.
Time Management skills
