Job description:
• To be knowledgeable on current market trends of specialized areas
• Building a network and finding potential clients and landlords
• Strive to sell as many properties as possible. Helping clients find the correct deal
• Recommending investment properties to clients
• Performing in-depth research to target profitable real estate properties and opportunities
• Securing and maintaining successful relationships with clients
• Preparing a daily action plan and set a regular target
• Contacting potential clients with cold and warm calls and email etc. To offer property consultancy services
Requirements:
• Minimum of one-year sales experience
• Experienced and highly motivated, resilient personality. Also can be comfortable in many different social scenarios.
• Strong negotiation skills, experience in offering expert customer service to clients
• Excellent English skills
• Multi languages will be an additional bonus
• UAE Driving License
