ELV Sales and Service Technician

NAVSAC solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post Technician for ELV system – The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the same field (Sales skills will be an added advantage) and Diploma/Degree certificate in Electronics, Computer Science/IT.

The position require technician, who have experiences in ELV systems (CCTV SYSTEM, Structure cabling system, SMTV, Barrier Gate, Access Control, smart home solution, GRMS, BMS, Wi-Fi System, PABX/IP Telephone).

• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
• Site survey, troubleshooting and documentation.
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
• Order parts needed for repairs if needed.
• Fill out reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
