Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure and check/ensure quality of survey works.
Expert knowledge of real-time GNSS data acquisition and field infrastructure.
Check and review data and plans for implementation during survey layout
Assess the quality of control or survey data to ensure adherence to project specifications or land survey standards.
Analyze control or survey data to ensure adherence to project specifications or land survey standards.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical data.
Verify the mathematical correctness of newly collected survey data.
Review existing standards, controls, or equipment used, recommending changes or upgrades as needed.
Plan or direct the work of geodetic surveying staff, providing technical consultation as needed.
Compute horizontal and vertical coordinates of control networks, using direct leveling or other geodetic survey techniques such as triangulation, trilateration, and traversing to establish features of the earth’s surface.
Request additional survey data when field collection errors occur or engineering surveying specifications are not maintained.
Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces
Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specification and survey standards
Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations
Create and submit weekly progress reports, Prepare progress or technical reports.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be a graduate of Geodetic Engineering
Licensed of Geodetic Engineering with at least 7 years of related experience.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Real Estate, Surveying is required for the position.
Preferably 7-10 year(s) Experienced Employees specializing in Real Estate or Land Surveying – Others or equivalent.
