We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.

In the role of Receptionist, we’ll count on you to:

· Greet and welcome guests / first point of contact for walk-in clients.

· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

· Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and filing.

· Handle the front-desk and client requests, assisting the management and supporting team members.

· Order supplies for the office and arranges cleaning appointments as needed.

· Handle courier-related requests and files & maintains departmental records.

· Ensure the tidiness of the office and meeting rooms at all times.

Skills & Qualification:

· Fluent in English (Speaking and listening)

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365

· Customer service attitude

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
