JOB SUMMARY:
Guiding and supporting employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies, following up with current employees through all personnel matters.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key details such as commencement form, employee information form, update info on HR system, enroll on the attendance machine, finalize employment agreement authentication.
• Assisting branch managers to finalize all employees’ personnel matters through in house HR or Agencies, such as reporting disciplinary request, contract renewal, annual leave and termination request.
• Answering employees’ questions regarding their benefits and compensation options and assisting with the administration of their benefits and providing all personnel supports and letters. • Present induction session for new arrivals
• Attend weekly meeting with branch mangers
• Submit monthly time sheet to payroll unit
• Ensure the addition & deletion of Medical insurance
• Ensure the addition & deletion of the employee on GOSI
• Make sure employee receive his/her Iqama card
• Escalate to HR manager all un solving personnel issues related
• Report to Recruitment resignation non-renewal reports on weekly basis for replacement
• Prepare monthly report of joining and resignation list
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 Years Experience
Very Good in English
Excellent in communication. Has diplomatic and approachable manner.
