Tyde Digital
As marketing executive at Tyde Digital you will report directly to the board of directors, working closely with them to both develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with the business objectives of developing the Tyde brand and driving leads to the sales function. This is a broad role covering all relevant marketing channels suitable for an ambitious graduate, keen to develop personally and with the ability and confidence to contribute to marketing strategy. This role is suitable for a graduate or an individual with some experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Tyde website, focusing on increasing visibility through natural and (later) paid search
Write and create case studies, and sales collateral that supports the sales function
Write and create pillar content such as ‘how to’ guide or market analysis to drive lead generation
Edit videos (testimonials) for use on the Tyde website, social media and in the sales process
Where necessary work closely with outside partners including creative agencies and web developers
Manage social media channels, writing and scheduling posts
Manage online promotional campaigns, initially on social media
Identify and build relationships with potential promotional partners – radio, podcasts, industry groups, other partnerships etc
Create email sequences for lead generation
Writing sales emails and direct messaging
Designing and writing proposals
Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
Create and orchestrate Tyde events, identifying thought leaders and managing the promotion of events to relevant individuals
Press releases to relevant locations as appropriate
Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
Create, maintain and update customer databases / CRM
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
With experience, you will:
take ownership for the marketing strategy
evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
monitor and report on competitor activity
lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
oversee and manage the marketing budget.

Essential
A marketing focused diploma, degree or masters
Native level English
An interest in a broad marketing role
High level of copywriting skills
High levels of creativity and imagination
The ability to obtain, analyse and present information
The ability to formulate and present coherent marketing strategies
The capacity for personal development and a strong desire to learn and grow
