We (ARTEFACT) are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager having first hand experienced with luxury retail fabrication/ Joinery division, to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Developing a strong, ongoing understanding of market trends, industry developments and competitor activity
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Prepare Sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Essentials:
2+ years within a business development or sales role (within Luxury retail Fabrication Industry)
Strong commercial awareness, sound judgment and competent in business
A good understanding of retail promotion activities involving luxury brands.
Demonstrated experience of pitching for high-value business and achieving sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and relationship building abilities
Location & commitments:
Full-time, permanent role based at our office/ factory in Dubai Investments Park 2.
Monday-Saturday, with flexible time between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Our Salary Scale for this position AED 10 K + Sales Commission.
