What You’ll Do
You will bring on new accounts based in the Middle East and then grow these accounts
Personally manage your accounts to achieve set personal targets for growth
Contribute to and execute the B2B PQ strategy working closely with our Global Client Director
Create account plans and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst working alongside our Senior Client Success Manager to secure an outstanding level of service to our client base
Complete RFP`s submitted to tender by the CIPD, as well as other tenders for growth across Professional Qualifications
Collaborate with the CIPD, develop a strong relationship with their B2B sales team to give confidence in Avado and our product offering, making Avado the provider of preferred choice for their client base
You`ll represent Avado in key partnership meetings, and be responsible for successfully delivering all key contract outputs (including SLA`s, KPI`s and reporting)
Reporting directly to the General Manager/ Direct and Professional Qualifications with a dotted line to the Global Client Director of PQ, you will contribute to the B2B PQ strategy for delivering profitable growth across the Middle East market
You’ll build deep relationships across a range of clients, helping to unearth opportunities for growth in Avado’s commercial and social value solutions
You will demonstrate a passion for CIPD Professional Qualifications and other Avado commercial products, and the value and impact of learning to enable you to act as a champion and respected spokesperson for Avado across the sector
Bring market and learning insight to Avado’s prospective clients in order to influence their procurement decisions favourable to our business
Bring customer insight to Avado’s internal teams, particularly Product & Delivery and Marketing in such a way that Avado’s proposition may be continuously refined, improved and/or upgraded according to known and projected market needs
Prepare and delivering market-leading, customer-facing presentations and proposals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in fast-paced, high-profile New Business Sales/Account Management roles
Extensive New Business/Account Management experience with Middle East client base, driving growth
A proven track record of hitting own targets
Demonstrable and genuine passion for Professional Qualifications
Meticulously organised and detail-orientated with immaculate spelling and grammar.
Experience in using a CRM system such as Salesforce
Be smart and ambitious, self-motivated, adaptable and resilient
Exceptional commercial awareness, always tying back your activities to the overall business
