We are a UAE-based Artificial Intelligence SaaS startup, founded by ex-Goldman Sachs, Airbnb, Amazon and Palo Alto tech executives. We have offices in London, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking Medical Summarisers for our Abu Dhabi office to join us on our mission to reshape regulated industries through AI and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent English comprehension and Medical experience that can deal with ambiguity in a proactive way and navigate trade-offs rigorously.

Responsibilities:

Working in a team of 5 analysts in Abu Dhabi, summarising Medical Records where you will help the Artificial Intelligence software improve its accuracy in processing, organising and summarising medical documents automatically.
Asking thoughtful questions to make sure you understand each training task and find ways to improve our processes.
Reviewing and generating medical summaries based on the information given in medical documents.

Requirements:

Excellent English – fluent or native level reading comprehension in English.
Medical Coding and/or Hospital and/or Medical Summarisation experience (must).
Computer skills, especially with G-Suite (Google Doc & Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel & Word).
Fast learner.
Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
Ability to work night shifts and non-conventional office hours.
