Hiring for Senior Sales Managers/Sales Managers/Assistant Sales Managers #dubai Location. (Immediate Joining)

Responsibilities

Develop new business leads, signing new corporate and business group contracts.
Analyzing data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services.
Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets.
Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction.
Communicate and manage expectations by fully utilizing available reports, CRM technologies and available resources.
Leverage other sales office resources and administrative/support staff to achieve personal and team relate revenue goals.
Develop and maintain corporate accounts.
Provide CRM customer opportunity tracking and forecasting to roll up to overall corporate reporting.
Enforce all sales policies and selling techniques with emphasis on maximizing occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
Create marketing content for pages and promotional initiatives, newsletter design and implementation, create designed and produce PowerPoint presentations.

Requirements

10+ Years’ Sales Experience – Preferably in the Technology Sector, Background selling in a SAAS, EdTech, or other technology-based services markets.
Bachelor’s degree in a field such as business administration, marketing or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of the technology or education industry
Functional competencies, including time and data management, accuracy of record taking and drive to achieve excellence.
Excellent and Impeccable Personal and Professional appearance
Fluency in English
Ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.
