Public Relations Coordinator Wanted!
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Public Relations Coordinator to join our team! As a PR Coordinator you will be a vital part of the Fashion Exclusive team driving the PR strategies for our diverse range of fashion and beauty brands.
The Role
Write press releases, collection descriptions and answer interviews
Manage sample lend outs and update sample tracking database
Assist in responding to press requests in regards to images, press samples, prices & other information
Build relationships with influencers and coordinate collaborations
Monitor digital, social media and print clippings and create monthly client reports
Communicate with clients and participate in strategy meetings
Photoshoot productions – casting models, location scouting, booking creative team and assisting Creative Director on photoshoots
Organization of the PR samples and general upkeep of the showroom including steaming samples, inventory and shipping samples
Update the PR Database
Internal software management – Update FE software (dropbox) with new imagery and information
Assist team with general day to day duties
Desired Skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus!)
Excellent writing and editing skills
Experience within the fashion and/or beauty industry
Positive attitude
Keen eye for detail
Able to work well independently and as part of a team
Organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects
Self-starter and highly motivated
