Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Ma’aden Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Overall Job Purpose:
-Influence and grow recruitment performance through sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for Ma’aden’s long-term goals.
Job Scope and Accountabilities:
Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or MA degree in Human resources or a similar relevant field
With 2 years minimum working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experienced working in any Mining Company/ PetroChemical company/ Oil and gas is a big plus.
Experienced working in any Manufacturing industry or sector is a big plus.
