Position Title: Lead Engineer, RCM
Reports to: Manager, Reliability Performance
Location: Ras Al Khair, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose:
To lead the development, implementation and review of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA) processes and procedures, and identify and implement best practices in RCM and ACA.
Job Role:
Lead the development, implementation, and review of Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA) processes and procedures, ensuring they align with company standards and best practices
Lead the development, implementation, and review of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes and procedures, ensuring they align with company standards and best practices
Provide direction and guidance to the RCM study team, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure the timely completion of RCM analyses
Identify and implement best practices in RCM, continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of RCM analyses
Qualifications:
§ B.Sc. degree in engineering or any other equivalent field
§ Minimum of 8 years experience in mining, metals, chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas
§ Minimum of 2 years experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA)
§ Worked in reliability, operations, maintenance, engineering, technical or EHSS departments
§ Completed RCM leader and facilitator training
§ Minimum of 10 RCM studies conducted as members, leaders or facilitators
§ Certification in RCM facilitation is preferred
§ Knowledge of SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012 standards
