Position : Business Development Manager(Forex-CFDs-Stocks )
Location: Dubai

GoDo (FSC regulated) international brokerage firm is looking for FX Sales professional (Junior & Senior ) to join its international business development team. Being an integral part of the growing sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales and business development efforts of their online trading platform to the clients.
This position is open to both male and female candidates Ideally with a portfolio of clients or network. Understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, CFD’s, Commodities, etc. Sales-driven, outgoing, and ambitious professionals Responsible for Affiliate Managers will be a plus. A proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills in English and any local language candidates will be considered for this role.
Education: Any Graduate / Post-graduation
Sales experience in Investment products: Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager( Business Development ) in the broking industry.
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients through meetings, email, and calls, pitch to them our products and services
Responsible for New Customer Acquisition (Online & Offline) through direct sales targets & Sub Brokers/ IBs, and Affiliates.
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans to achieve the sales and revenue targets.
Ensure Follow-ups & daily calls on time to generate leads and Maintain CRM daily.
Understanding the requirement of the clients and offering them services and solutions.
An excellent communicator, composed, with strong selling and presentation skills
An understanding of clients’ needs, and the ability to create and execute business plans to enhance our value proposition
Responsible for achieving sales targets
