Job Role: Business Development Manager (Chinese / Russian speaker)
Responsibilities
· Developing and implementing business development strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
· Identifying and targeting potential clients and markets, including conducting market research and analyzing market trends.
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the legal industry.
· Leading sales and marketing initiatives, including creating pitches, proposals, and presentations.
· Managing and overseeing multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines.
· Negotiating terms and agreements with clients, partners, and vendors.
· Working closely with internal teams, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
· Analyzing market data and evaluating business opportunities to create business plans.
· Managing budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
· Providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members, setting goals and priorities, and driving business results.
Required Skills
Must have fluency in Chinese or Russian
Min 3 years UAE experience as a Business Development Manager
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Excellent communication and networking skills
Self-starter and Adaptability nature
