Requirements for General Cook / Asiancook for a Restaurant in Kuwait

– Minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience in a reputable 4 Star Hotels & Resorts, Fine Dining Restaurants & Cuisine establishment or a culinary institute
– Fluent in English
-A Person who has worked in a middle position, reporting to CDP, in a reputable multi cuisine kitchen or a culinary institute. This person would have experience in well versed with all Indian, Continental/Italian, Arabic dishes and working experience in 4 star and above setup.
Skills:
– Proficient in Indian Cuisine: Continental / Italian, Arabic dishes /Tandoor in particular
– Proficient in the use of basic Computers, Excel, Emails and Chat as well as a fast typer
– Strong offline and online communicator
– Track Record of developing or participating in new Indian, Continental / Italian, Arabic, Italian cuisine menus and dishes will be added advantage
Salary 125 KD basic+ housing+ trans+ duty meal,Medical
– 9 hours duty + Applicable OT
