Project Procurement Engineer Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
1. Organize an inspection of the suppliers to be recommended for the project;
2. Carry out bidding and price inquiry for project materials within the scope authorized by superiors;
3. Prepare bidding documents for various material procurement;
4. Prepare supporting information for material settlement unit price confirmation;
5. Responsible for the preparation and entry of procurement parts such as the centralized procurement platform and project information system;
6. Organize and complete the preparation, sorting and filing of various documents and reports
files;
7. According to the general material plan, monitor the total amount of various materials entering the site and provide timely feedback;
8. Organize the verification of the specifications, quantity, appearance quality, technical information accompanying the goods, etc. of the incoming materials, fill in the material entry verification records, and process the receipt form;
9. Organize the evaluation of the remaining materials on site, report the evaluation results and disposal plan to the manager of the Materials and Equipment Department for review, and participate in the final disposal implementation;
10. Based on the batch material demand plan provided by professional engineers, purchase materials to the site as required.
Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of work experience, project experience in the Middle East is preferred;
2. Familiar with the recruitment business process;
3. Have certain contract preparation capabilities.
