We are looking for a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Executive to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
· Update calendars and schedule meetings
· Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing and photocopying.
· Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
· Resolve administrative problems. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.
Requirements:
· UAE experience of 2–3 years as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive / Administrative Executive.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Professional attitude and appearance.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Customer service attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The salary range would be AED 3500 – AED 4000. UAE residence visa, medical insurance shall be provided.
