What you’ll do:
Lead from the front: Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Master the details: Conduct site surveys, prepare detailed plans, and manage construction activities with precision.
Solve challenges: Identify and resolve technical issues, implement innovative solutions, and optimize project efficiency.
Build relationships: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to foster a successful project environment.

What you’ll bring:
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Proven experience in civil site engineering, 2-5 yaer with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to streamline project execution.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
