We are now looking for a FEMALE SENIOR ARCHITECT/ 3D VISUALIZER with the following qualifications:
Design and Presentation
· Initiate and create project designs and plans along with presentation material and design drawings/models in a variety of media.
· Utilize extensive knowledge of architectural design, building materials, and construction methods, as well as integration of engineering disciplines/local authorities and building costs and codes in development of design.
· Develop the design to address the client’s needs inclusive of budget, schedule and goals.
· Assemble necessary design documentation and visualization for conceptual, schematic and design development design phases, including client presentations.
· Verbally present design concepts
· Compile and maintain the project product manual which records design decisions
· Responsible in implementing Estidama (PVRS) rules and regulations on each projects
· Creates/Revises Specifications and list of materials as being required by the project.
· Presenting to the client the Specifications and list of materials.
Design Leadership
· Coordinate and conduct regular design reviews on assigned projects.
· Serve as Design Leader, leading a team of designers to develop project design requirements and solutions for assigned projects
· Maintain frequent communication with the Project Coordinator and other appropriate individuals to sustain proper information flow.
· Coordinate the work of the project design team during the design phase of each assigned project.
· Monitor budget and schedule requirements for project design
Other Responsibilities
· Participate in the proposal/interview process with clients to secure new business opportunities.
· Assume special projects and duties as assigned or requested.
· Undertake design project from concept to completion;
· Prepare designs and presentations;
· Meet, discuss and present designs to client;
· Define project requirements and schedule that includes List of Materials and Specifications;
· Coordinate with the Accountant in preparing the Interior Design Agreement/Quotation;
· Discussing and closing the deal with the Client signing the Interior Design Agreement;
· Inspecting/approving materials/supplies before installation in the site;
· Assisting contractor in materializing the design
