Job Purpose

To perform transaction processing activities in relation to liability booking while ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.
Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with Service Level Agreement to the Commercial Manager.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Group’s policy.
Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.
Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.
Skills and Experience:

Commerce Graduate
2+ years of Accounts Payables relevant experience
