We have temporary full time role for multiple positions in related to events industry that are in operations, marketing, PR, event coordinator, graphic designer, social media specialist for 1 month. Only apply if you have your own visa and are experienced in events with immediate joining.

An experienced individual with established background in B2B and B2C event industry required to coordinate and deliver events. Responsible for planning and executing an event with minimum and no supervision at all. Come and own your role.

Responsibilities

Independently Manage assigned events, In addition support ALMUROOJ event team members as and when required

Support and work with Graphics team in finalizing the key visuals for the event

Developing and implementing a communication plan for the event that includes marketing materials, press outreach, and other publicity efforts

Deal with venue and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the events

Flexibility to work long hours and weekends based on project requirements

Tech savvy and willing to adopt and embrace new technologies

Preparing pre and post event report for both external and internal clients giving a complete overview of event including attendee demographics attendee feedback event ratings and visuals

Handling Social media channels

Content creation

Business development and relationship building

Qualifications

1 – 3 years of experience in events coordination, marketing, public relations or any other related field in a reputable organization

Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Arabic is a Plus
