Business Development Manager vacancy in Bahrain

Responsibilities:
·        Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue generation and achieve predetermined sales targets.
·        Identify and nurture new business opportunities while fostering relationships with prospective clients.
·        Lead and guide the sales team, providing motivation and support to ensure goal achievement.
·        Utilize superior communication skills to negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and establish enduring partnerships.
·        Conduct thorough market analysis and monitor competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
·        Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives.
·        Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.

Requirements:
·        Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
·        Demonstrated track record in business development and sales, with a history of meeting or surpassing targets (preferably in the audit and consultancy sector).
·        Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and negotiating effectively.
·        Strong leadership qualities, including experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
·        Strategic mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities and devising actionable plans.
·        Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
