We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and passionate about utilizing various social media platforms to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads within the real estate sector. As the Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and connecting with potential clients in innovative ways.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the real estate industry. This includes defining target audiences, content themes, posting schedules, and engagement tactics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially others.

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platforms. This could include property listings, virtual tours, blog posts, infographics, videos, and other relevant content to showcase the properties and the brand.

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster meaningful interactions with followers to build a loyal and engaged audience.

Lead Generation: Utilize social media channels to generate leads for potential buyers, sellers, and renters. Implement lead generation campaigns, call-to-action strategies, and lead capture techniques to drive conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analyze the performance of campaigns. Provide regular reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and more. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for improved results.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals. Collaborate on cross-functional campaigns, promotions, and events to ensure consistent messaging.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the real estate industry. Implement innovative approaches to stand out in a competitive market.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts, ensuring branding consistency and accurate property information across platforms.

Paid Advertising: Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor budgets and performance to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any field.

Minimum experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Marketer, preferably within the real estate industry.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Proficiency in content creation tools such as graphic design software, video editing tools, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and terminology.
