Cost Control Engineer (1 Nos.)
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the cost control manager to prepare project costs, participate in whole process cost management, prepare project cost analysis reports, hold regular project operation analysis meetings, and timely correct cost differences;
2. Assist the cost control manager to estimate the #costs of materials, labor, equipment, etc. based on project planning, formulate project budgets, and conduct cost control and correction during project execution;
3. Assist the claims engineer to do project-related claims work and provide data support, as well as do a good job in the counter-claim work of the owner and subcontractors;
4. Responsible for regularly collecting various construction logs at the subcontracting site to provide data support for subsequent claims;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. ”
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in quantity surveying, #engineering cost, engineering management or related majors;
More than 3.5 years of experience in cost budget preparation and project cost control;
2. Have certain cost reporting capabilities;
