The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, quality control, scheduling, manpower management and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.

Responsibilities

Assist with on-site management and assures achievement of daily targets to ensure project success
Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
Supervise work at site and follow the given program
Assure achievement of daily targets
Submit site progress reports daily/weekly
Ensure good quality of work
Rise IRs and makes sure work gets approved smoothly by consultant

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
1 – 3 years’ of experience as a site supervisor, project engineer, or project manager
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Experience in leading and training of labors
Experience in epoxy floor coating and other application of construction chemicals is an advantage
Experience in dealing with consultants and clients
UAE experience is a must
Valid UAE driving license is necessary
