Architectural Draftsman Job Description:
1. Diploma or higher degree in architectural engineering.
2. Candidates must have more than 5 years of UAE experience in Consultant firm.
3. Candidates must be available in UAE and willing to join immediately.
4. Prepare Architectural drawings for all design stages. (from concept up to tender stage)
5. Prepare a presentation architectural drawings.
6. Prepare architectural drawings for authorities’ approval.
7. Verify dimensions, scale, space relationships, and material quantities
8. Have experience in various type of projects and scale.
9. Work with architects and other engineering professionals to achieve design goals.
10. Coordinate with designers and understand the design to make the detailed drawings.
11. Attention to details and a methodical approach to work.
12. Excellent skill in AutoCAD and Revit software’s.
13. Knowledge in other supported software’s (MS office, Photoshop, …)
14. Have a good communication skill.
