We are a friendly team based in our Office in Business Bay, we are looking for a project manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
About this Job: Project Manager
We’re looking for someone with a desire to learn and improve their knowledge of e-commerce and Shopify – and by working with us, we want you to grow and succeed with the agency. The role needs someone who has at least 1-3 years of Shopify platform or e-commerce experience. We have several projects running at any one time, so you’ll need to juggle multiple tasks without missing deadlines.
The project manager will work with the client management team and will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Shopify e-commerce website, migration, and digital strategies, helping our clients to achieve their goals and grow their brand together with the team.
You should be:
English and Arabic speaking
Team Player
Experience in working with E-commerce Shopify platform is a plus.
Providing high-quality, engaging service to our clients via phone, email, and meetings
Providing creative briefs for the design and development team on projects
Supporting the client team in the implementation of both small and large projects
Supporting the client team in client meetings, providing briefs internally, and executing and launching projects in line with expectations set out for all projects
Managing and communicating ongoing client schedules and workflow
Deliver high-quality, cutting-edge websites on time and on budget
Demonstrable experience as a junior project manager or similar.
Understanding of prevailing project management methods.
Effectively report on Projects, including accurate, effective and efficient project document control and record management.
Providing a Project Coordination Function and working together within the team effectively.
Liaise with clients, team members, and other resources as needed.
Provide coordination for kick-off meetings for projects and ensure that all relevant requirements are met.
Manage the resources for the project from start to end.
