Business Development Manager (“BDM”) that can grow and develop our company by increasing sales and achieving established Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”).

Job Responsibilities

Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients.
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements.
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
Prepare proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
Manage client relations.
Manage client communication.
Create packages depending on client needs.
Have knowledge of CRM systems.
Creates sales strategies on a monthly basis.
Conduct feedback meetings with clients.
Create clients contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field.
