Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing department. As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads for our luxury holiday home rentals.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, based on market research and competitive analysis.
Identify and evaluate new digital technologies, staying at the forefront of emerging digital marketing trends.
Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
Oversee workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and set up training sessions or workshops for the team.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the digital marketing team.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels.
Monitor expenditure, ensure cost-effectiveness, and assess any potential financial risks or opportunities.
Oversee the planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience across all digital channels.
Ensure brand consistency through collaboration with the company’s branding, PR, and content teams.
Utilize a range of analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot CRM, to evaluate the performance of online campaigns.
Produce and present regular digital marketing reports, offering insights, ROI, and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
Liaise with external vendors, partners, or agencies to effectively execute marketing campaigns.
Oversee the content strategy, ensuring content is relevant, effective, and consistent across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize digital content, ensuring it aligns with SEO objectives and brand voice.
Anticipate potential PR issues in digital spaces and devise strategies to manage any negative feedback or publicity.
Ensure the digital marketing team is equipped to respond promptly and appropriately in digital crises.
Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing, understanding potential advantages and challenges for the business.
Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions within the team to promote upskilling.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing field;
2+ years of experience in leading and managing a full-spectrum digital marketing team.
Degree in Digital Marketing or similar field.
Experience managing large digital media budget and deploying budget across multiple advertising platforms.
Superior knowledge of search engine criteria/algorithms, best practices, trends and industry developments.
Strong ability to think a bigger picture and savvy mind for Marketing.
Top-notch communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
