Role:
Establish & review Corporate Delegation of Authority to reflect operations/governance controls
Review, assessment & amendments of Organizational structure and Functional Descriptions based on the nature and scope of work
Establish framework for management of QMS – research and identifying continual improvement concepts, focusing on standards compliances
Creation of Administrative orders/Circulars
Monitor the framework for Committees, Teams & taskforces within the organization; identify gaps (if any) and assess performance for suggested changes
Assessment of operational/business requirements and development of recommendation reports
Preparing reports on operational performance and provides timely and regular status reporting to management
Anything else requested by the department
Experience & Knowledge
An understanding of and proficiency in any of the Quality Management Concepts i.e. Operational experience
Varied knowledge of business workflows, operations processes & systems. Excellence, Delegation of Authority, structure design/review
Business/operational experience relating to tasks such as report writing, assessment, evaluations.
Development of content e.g., announcements etc.
Proficiency of English Language is a must; Arabic (would be a plus) but not mandatory.
Quality Auditing and Lead Assessor Technique
Ability to rapidly assimilate and apply new concepts.
Must have strong attention to detail (excellent quality of deliverables)
Proficiency in MS Office applications. Working knowledge of business systems and in particular reporting tools to support information communication
