We are looking to hire a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for the development, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow.
This position is a long-term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance. You will be working for our client, a semi-government entity based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
Gather business requirements for ServiceNow implementations
Implement ServiceNow modules for Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management
Employ ServiceNow modules for Service Catalogue, Reporting, Discovery & Integrations
Manage customized email notifications for users and receive user responses to trigger appropriate ServiceNow tasks
Develop catalog scripts, and server-side scripting based on business rules, UI policies, and UI policy actions.
Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Higher education degree in IT Engineering, Computer Programming, or any related fields
2 – 4 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and administration, well-versed with the following:
Client Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy, UI Actions, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Pages, UI Macro, and Business Rules
Would have experience in Java programming
Scripting using GlideRecord, GlideRecordSecure, GlideAggregate, GlideSystem, GlideUser and GlideForm
Service Catalog, Order Guide, and Record Producer
Experience in IT Service Management design, transition and/or operations processes
