We are looking for a candidate having experience in working for Company’s prequalifications and Adnoc registrations.

Responsibilities

To create and administer new and existing (renewal/update) registration applications and pre-qualifications with ADNOC Operating Companies, Government and private entities

The first point of contact to meet the registration/pre-qualification staff of external companies/entities for all registration and pre-qualification matters. Carry out initial screening/assessment of vendor registration/pre-qualification applications

Verification of commercial questionnaires and coordinating site/audit visits between the audit team and vendors.

Keep up to date with information and required documents from the provider and share with the principals for compliance.

Check/verify registration application information against the supporting registration documents including municipality trade license details, chamber of commerce and industry membership, agency certificates/ agreement

Receives and controls tender documents and requirements and distributes them to all concerned departments, personnel, or agencies/principals.

Coordinate, meet, and follow up, receive feedback, on applications for registration to Procurement Division and Supply Chain Management of ADNOC Group, ADWEA Group, EPC, and other entities for registration.

Prepare the checklist and maintain it accordingly including the MOE certificate, Agreement, Attestation of Agency Agreement, and other associated documents.

Arrange and met the clients, and principals to discuss the requirements and other related information for the registration.

Coordinate with ADNOC, ADWEA, EPC, and other entities to arrange the meeting with the Agents, Principals for clarifications and commercial matters.

Organizes technical presentation of principals to clients as and when required Register and qualify principals to be included in client’s commercial directory (online vendor registration) to be able to receive inquiries and tenders

Liaise and assists in the preparation of tender documents and technical submittal and other related admin or operations task.

Prepare summary data analysis and summary, reports of statuses, and progress of Pre-Qualification or any vendor registration. To be submitted to management on daily basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
With a minimum 3 years experience in ADNOC Prequalification, Vendor Registration, and Tender
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Time management and planning skills.
Market Research skills.
High-level communication skills
Excellent computer skills
