Social Media Manager Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Estelaza and Beverly Hills Speciality Center you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in creating and curating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.

Content Creation and Curation:

·       Preparing the monthly calendar.

·       Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.

·       Curate user-generated content and collaborate with the design team to produce eye-catching visuals.

·       Creating a content schedule for various social media platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Social Media Management:

·       Manage and maintain our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

·       Schedule and publish regular posts, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.

Community Engagement:

·       Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

·       Encourage user-generated content and user participation in online discussions.

Campaign Management:

·       Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting strategies.

·       Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve desired results.

Analytics and Reporting:

·       Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

·       Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

 

Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and designers, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

·       Stay in sync with the company’s overall marketing efforts.

Crisis Management:

·       Develop and implement crisis management plans for social media, ensuring a prompt and appropriate response to negative situations.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

·       Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

·       Strong creative and writing skills.

·       Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.

·       Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

·       Familiarity with SEO and content marketing is a plus.
