Position name: Investment Analyst/Associate
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
1. Complete in-depth research reports on designated industries, continuously track industry trends, macro trends, and regulatory changes
2. Closely monitor market trends and closely follow the dynamics of start-ups/growth companies to support investment decisions
3. Conduct investment valuation, due diligence, industry/company analysis, and financial modeling, draft investment memoranda, and provide investment recommendations
4. Assist in preparing post-investment management reports, external investor reports, and other materials
5. Collaborate with senior colleagues in the team to identify investment opportunities
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a prestigious university, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Law, or Engineering
2. 4-8 years of work experience, with experience in investment banking, consulting firms, or private equity funds, with a strong curiosity and know-how for the Middle East and North Africa markets, technology, consumer, energy, automotive, supply chain and industrial park industries
3. Excellent logical thinking ability, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and summarize key factors and risks in projects
4. Solid financial skills and the ability to independently build financial models
5. Good communication skills, ability to handle pressure, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and effectively manage multiple tasks
6. Native speaker of Arabic, fluent in English, able to independently write industry reports and make oral presentations in Arabic and English, able to speak Chinese is a plus
