Four Principles
Main Objective
Be the main company representative for the Four Principles Riyadh office and support the management and project teams with various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the process for finding and setting up the new company head office in Riyadh, including coordination of the fit-out
Be the main point of contact and support for KSA team
Maintain all office & administration duties for the KSA office, including managing annual renewal of company leases and licenses
Collection and delivery of bid bonds to clients
Support with the development and submission of proposals
Track business pipeline, submit deliverables to clients & assist management in sign-off of project deliverables
Maintain good relationship with clients and follow-up with clients’ Procurement and Finance teams to ensure that invoices are accepted, uploaded and paid on time/as per payment terms
Maintain KSA travel requirements log to ease the consulting team with staying updated with travel requirements for KSA
Liaise with finance for coordinating and managing hotel contracts in KSA and supporting with any problems the team faces on the ground with hotels
Liaise with HR and Finance team to maintain and update GOSI, Mudad etc. as needed and coordinate with the government bodies on the ground when troubleshooting is required
Generate and distribute monthly pay slips in coordination with Finance
Management of company mobile phone contracts & bill distribution to the team
Assist in translation of deliverables and external company communications
Provide content support to all project teams
Manage office items stocks
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Leadership team
Required Skills
Fluent command of English and Arabic (Saudi National preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, MS Word)
Working knowledge of KSA Government agencies, such as GOSI & Mudad is an advantage
Excellent time management, problem-solving, logical thinking and communication skills
High level of commitment and perseverance
High level of attention to detail
Education
Undergraduate degree is required
