Dubai based Real Estate Company has exclusive properties out of the UAE and is looking to hire the right Head of Sales/Sales Director with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead sales through personal effort and that of his own sales team and broker network in Dubai.

Job Description:
1) The Head of sales will set up the business from A to Z by developing their own strategy and designing the business plan with the different elements to achieve profitability. This will include but not limited to:
a. Creating on line and off line marketing strategy to generate leads, (attracting customers)
b. Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
c. Designing a customer service experience to maximize the “Sales through service” element.
2) They will manage the strategy by recruiting and developing a broker network and own sales team.
a. They will identify the proper brokers in the Dubai and his own sales force
b. They will develop and implement a proper induction plan for new joiner. (Brokers and own team members)
c. They will monitor the on line marketing plan and its implementation.
3) Leads team performance:
a. They will set the right example by participating in selling efforts
b. They will set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and own sales team.
c. They will manage communication and share best practices among network and own sales team members.
4) Develop team performance:
a. When needed, they will develop performance of both Brokers and Own sales force.
b. Hold people accountable for performance.
Mandatory Requirements *** (Total relevant sales experience in Real Estate must be 5+ years including Top Managerial/Head of sales experience 3+ years).
UAE Experience (Required)
Salary: AED 30k to AED 35k + (Bonus) . No commission
