The purpose of this role is to assist the Central Warehouse Supervisor in providing materials, equipment, and supplies to projects.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1- Assists in maintaining, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and company’s policies and procedures.
2- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols.
3- Monitors inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
4- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
5- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees as per supervisor’s instructions.
6- Maintains warehouse staff job results by planning and monitoring.
7- Communicates with procurement department regarding supplier discrepancies upon receiving.
8- Coordinates with project supervisors with regards to items requested and schedules delivery as per operational needs.
9- Coordinates with procurement department regarding projects’ requisitions and prepares schedules for drivers to deliver on timely manner.
10- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or equivalent

Experience
