Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and creating digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales..They will also need to work closely with other teams to identify opportunities to optimize our company’s overall marketing strategy by tracking key performance metrics and changing market trends.
Manage all Digital marketing Activities.
1. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including all social media, WhatsApp marketing, Email marketing, Content creation, and SEO/SEM.
2. Collaborate with digital teams to drive online engagement, traffic, and conversions.
3. Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies to stay competitive.
4. Analyze digital trends and data to optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
5. Manage the company’s website and optimize it for user experience and lead generation.
6. Monitor digital analytics to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
Partnerships & Vendor management:-
1. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry organizations, influencers, and collaborators.
2. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Brand Management :-
1. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and positioning.
2. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.
3. Oversee the development of branding guidelines and standards.
4. Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
Strategic Planning and Campaign Development.
1. Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).
2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
3. Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, content, and promotional materials.
4. Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes to guide campaign strategies.
5. Conceptualize and oversee the creation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Campaign Performance Analysis:-
1. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
2. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
3. Generate insights and reports to provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
4. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
5. Ensure the required ROI is ensured in all marketing campaigns across various channels.
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Web Analytics skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing
Proven experience with creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in the fashion industry is considered a plus
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive creative solutions and adapt to changing market dynamics.
