Responsibilities:
· Be the face of the brand by creating a long-lasting customer impression
· Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients daily
· Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
· Provide a cordial, full-service buying experience to customers
· Address customer inquiries and maintains high customer retention quality
· Reply to the Arabic inquiries in Social Media
· Have a good understanding of the stock availability in the warehouse to present accurate information to the customers
· Prepare the report requested by the line manager
· Personal assistant for the line manager
Work Experience Requirements:
· Bahrani, registered in the Ministry of Labour
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service roles preferably in the F&B sector
· Great negotiation skills
· Customer service oriented
· Admin experience
· Flexibility for work responsibility
· Own a car and have valid a Driving License
· Good looking
· Good command of English & Arabic
