1. Job Summary

1.1. The overall responsibility of the sales executive role is to generate sales and business, develop relationships with new clients, make sales visits and presentations, maintain advanced knowledge of products and services, and establish and meet sales goals for Hydur.

2. Roles & Responsibilities in Hydur:

2.1.1. Assist to develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Ensure Hydur is well positioned in core lists and targeted briefs.

2.1.2. Develop effective business relationships with decision-makers and senior influential leaders in key industries

2.1.3. Grow business with designated accounts generating own fresh sales leads and building client prospects and opportunities to ensure a consistent future sales pipeline Answering inbound inquiries via our website and telephone

2.1.4. Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to develop an ongoing revenue stream

2.1.5. Work with internal teams on the development of sales proposals & marketing packets for clients

2.1.6. Sales presentations and meetings with clients on a regular basis

2.1.7. Assist customers with product and Scent recommendations

2.1.8. Updates job knowledge by reading professional publications and relevant media sources.

2.1.9. Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment

2.1.10. Conduct Annual / Quarterly / Weekly Sales Planning to optimize the sales activities for maximum sales return against the plan

2.1.11. Maintain a high level of customer service

2.1.12. Respond within 24 hours to all enquiries

2.1.13. Monitor budgets

2.1.14. Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

2.1.15. Maintain Salesforce CRM

2.1.16. Must adhere to sales policies and work together towards the company’s strategic direction

3. Education and Experience

3.1.1. Good knowledge about Fabrics & Fragrances

3.1.2. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or Marketing.

3.1.3. Presentation skills

3.1.4. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy

3.1.5. Technical sales skills

3.1.6. Proven experience in customer relationship management

3.1.7. Prior experience in sales required

3.1.8. Bahrain driving license
