IDENTITY
A Relationship Manager is responsible for forming, building and maintaining connections with current and prospective clients and partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to delivering valuable and personalized strategic advice and solutions to enhance brand equity, analyzing a client’s brand, communications and marketing strategy, identifying opportunities and trends that can improve organizational procedures and practices, resolving simple and complex issues and maximizing client experiences.
Skills / Requirements
Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a related field
Three or more years of experience in customer service, communications or a related position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferably bi-lingual in Arabic and English
Ability to lead and work within a team
Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organization skills
Strong work ethic
